Cleaning Protocol

We clean our studio before and after every rental! Promising a clean and safe environment for you and your team, leaving the perfect place to be creative.

We ask to please clean up as much as you can after yourselves and keep our property as clean as can be!

Cancellation Policy

All guest may cancel their booking until 24 hours before scheduled time, you will receive a full refund including all fees. Any cancellations less than 24 hours of scheduled time will be refunded but charged a fee of $25. Our team is very flexible, call us for any additional info on booking and scheduling.

Booking Requirements

All bookings must be booked 2 days prior on our site, Bookings are also to be payed the day you book, if cancellation is needed you will be refunded but must follow cancellation guidelines. For any last minute scheduling please call us for more information!

All booking have a minimum of 2 hours and you must be present 5 minutes before booking time for in person instructions.

Any additional add ons may be payed for and rented in person, we recommend to pay same time as booking so we can set everything up ahead of time. We want to maximize your rented time leaving no wasted minutes for you and your team!

Space is not soundproof, Enclosed environment , near freeway.

Parking

Parking lot fits about 15 Vehicles, Additional parking available; many businesses nearby and road parking available.

Electrical

There is 1 outlet available but 1 extension cord will be included, additional extension cords or multiple outlet adapters available as an add on.

We encourage you to be as creative as possible! Bring props and use the space as much as you can, Do what you need to do to bring your vision to life. All that we ask, is you place everything back to where you found it & restore the area to how it was when you arrived.
